Santiago's birthday!!!!

It's Santiago's birthday!!!

Santiago was one of the exchange students who came last semester but decided to stay here afterward, hahahah.... He is a fun and charming guy, talent in music, glad to have him here!
His birthday was on Monday, but we celebrated it on Friday. We had a barbecue party on Friday night together in Laura's house, who is the director of international education. (Never been to her house, she has a cute vintage house!! so cool!!!)
We had pork rib, smash potato, salad as the main course, pie and cupcake as dessert. Wohooo!!! Great food and a great time together!!!
Ohya, we met Laura's twin children, Maddi and David. They are so cute!!!!! Can't help but took some selfie together!!! After that, we went to Grace and Kristi's apartment for second round---game time!

Yay yay yay!!!

Art Museum

Always want to visit Art Museum, although it is really close to our campus, but I was too busy and lazy to go. 

So finally I had the chance to go visit together with King and Vivien. It's a simple, small, neat but nice art museum, 

featuring some famous artists' work and local artists' work. Oh ya, there is some folk art too!!! Spent time visit the 

whole art museum, tried to understand the art and concept brought out by the artist. Of course, we took some photos 

that make us look very arty, hahaahhahaha. 

Fun day!!!  

 一直都想去美术馆看看，尽管这美术馆坐落在离大学5分钟车程的距离，但我一直都很忙，也很懒(这才是真正的原因！哈) 

终于这天有机会去美术馆参观，与King和Vivien 一起去美术馆看看。这美术馆很简单，规模小，整齐却不失美观，展览着

一些著名艺术家以及本地艺术家的画和陶瓷。哦，对了，还有一些民间艺术！！！花时间参观整个美术馆，尝试了解

艺术家从画中带出的意义。当然，我们也拍了不少让自己看起来比较"文艺"的照片，

哈哈哈哈哈哈。总的来说，好玩又挺不错的一天！

我还是有收红包哦！！！！

My mom whatsapp me and told me that I received Ang Pao from some relatives and friends, 

and she will pass them to me when my friend goes back to the State!

So happy!!!

Shopping for art supplies!!!!

After I get permission from universities' finance lady, I can use the extra book money for my art supplies,

my professor helped my online shopping, and search for all the art supplies I need for painting.

Muahahhahahahahahahah

And I get two big boxes of art supplies a few days later!!!!

Don't stop the creativity flow, keep painting!!!

Bible Study + girls' talk

Bible study is always a great time to hang out with these great young ladies, 

sharing high and low that happened in our lives, thoughts on God's Word, and more.....

simple and relax, yet meaningful!

1 Corinthians 1:7-8

"Therefore you do not lack any spiritual gift as you eagerly wait for our Lord Jesus Christ 

to be revealed. He will also keep you firm to the end, so that you will be blameless 

on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. "

Make sure you do everything that keeps you blameless until the day you stand in front of the Lord.

Blessed to have the friend who cooks great food for me!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I met this two friends in my English class, Brian and Starnice, Brian invited us on Tuesday and Thursday night 

to their community kitchen and try the food he cooked, and the food was great!!!!!!

It was fun to 

watch him cook, help up and get to know them more....

Cool and fun time hang out together!!!!

I guess we are going to do this more often~~~~

For good food sack, yes! I'm down for this!!!!

盈姐姐结婚啦！！！

我大表姐终于结婚了！

我们盼她嫁人盼得颈都长了~~~终于终于，在2月1号结婚了！！

但，我竟然不在现场见证她的婚礼

(我从小就想要当她的伴娘啊~~~~)

从小，我跟姐姐并不熟络，因为我在亚庇生活，她在斗湖生活；后来我们一家人搬到斗湖时，她却去了吉隆坡读书工作。

直到几年前，我常去吉隆坡，渐渐和姐姐拉近了关系，

她温柔贤惠，无私的付出，敬畏神，并且爱身边的每一个人，凡事亲力亲为，

让人不爱她不行，每次谈起她总是令我感到好自豪。

看见家人，亲戚朋友们传来的照片，

其实很感动，也很欣慰

尽管婚姻只是个开始，但我相信神必带领他们前面的道路，

使他们的生命继续祝福教会，同事们，亲戚朋友们，以及家人们

建立充满神的爱的家庭！！

盈姐姐，恭喜你！！！

见你步入婚姻的殿堂，心里感慨着却又为你感到无比的开心，

还记得几年前我们睡前的长谈，聊的是今天的这一幕，终于到来了！
