Happy Birthday, Emma!!!

十月有好多朋友生日，Emma 是其中一个，悄悄地给她一个惊喜，是早已经计划好的。Emma 来自中国，
是我们这学期的交换生，短短的几个月，我们成了好朋友，即便她不是基督徒，但在她身上总看见神满
满的眷顾与带领。

在外游学的孩子们，每逢佳节倍思亲，虽然我们不能做些什么，但至少能像家人一样去关心他们，用爱
来去接待他们。

「人接待你們，就是接待我；接待我，就是接待那差我來的。人因為先知的名接待先知，必得先知所得
的賞賜；人因為義人的名接待義人，必得義人所得的賞賜。無論何人，因為門徒的名，只把一杯涼水給
這小子裡的一個喝，我實在告訴你們：這人不能不得賞賜。」马太福音10: 40-42

Global Village pumpkin painting!

Since it is closer to Thanksgiving, we have a competition in the Global Village, which is painting the pumpkin!!!

I didn't manage to join the competition, but be the judge! hehehehe~~~

Paint for hope!

Field trip to Art museum

One of the reasons that I love about art classes is that we have the opportunity to go on a field trip,

visit art galleries or museums

Today, we went to downtown Charlotte for our field trip!!! Yes!!!

VIsited two art museums:

Bechtler Museum of Modern Art

Everyone has different reasons why they love visit art museum, personally, I love to get inspiration in the art museum. Also, being challenged to exhibit my art in my senior year!

Update with mama K

Brunch with a lady that I can call my spiritual mentor!

Mama K!!! Update our ministries, encourage and pray for one another is always precious for me.

Reunited!!!

Reunion with the team, the team that went to the other side of the globe together, fight in the battle.

Overwhelming joy and indescribable excitement when I finally meet them at the mountain.

Although some of them couldn't make it, still, I'm grateful....

All the fun memories were brought back, we speak about God's sovereignty and His mightly that worthy to be praise. 

During those few days, we had the opportunity to hear from the traveling team again,

faith and passion being boost again,

What can we do, Lord? Where shall we go?

We chose to go get lunch together. the food that we all missed and bring us back to memory, which is Indian food!

I called these people my family, even just sitting together can be filled with joy.

These few days, we chatted, prayed, challenged, and played, appreciate all this time together.

Although we may not know where are we going next, but knowing that we will be obedient and faithful wherever He calls!

Coffee time with Abby

Still the same location, same seat, same friend after a year.
We met one year ago, in a random young adult activity, our conversation took us far more than what we expected for that night.
Love having one on one conversation, especially with Abby.
Exchange our thoughts, our experiences, our stories.

What a great way to encourage one another and pray for one another.

Little do you know, our lives were drawn closer to the Lord through this precious friendship.

Ratio Christi

Took Enara to Ratio Christi, it's a Christian Evangelism & Apologetics on the College.

Since she is interested in philosophy and science, I guess this is a great opportunity for her to learn what is that mean from a Christian perspective.

Even for myself, it is a new experience.
