Feed yourself with decent food.....
Campus food is terrible (most of the time), so.....that push me to learn how to cook and feed myself well.
Fall Getaway!!!!
Amazing time with friends from CRU at Fall Getaway.
Praise, worship, spent time with God and built our friendship through having lunch or dinner together.

Guess what!!! I was able to meet my friends from Summer Mission!! Small reunion!!!
Especially with Roy, non-stop bringing back the memories we had together during Summer Mission.

It's "90's", well, I'm from 90, so basically, I don't need to dress up, hahaha
but, everyone takes it seriously, so Sarah lent me her sweater she brought from Goodwill~

Free Movie Night!!!
Ever since I came to the US, watch movie became a luxury for me because one movie ticket costs around
$10-12, which is RM40-50, of course not!!! But luckily there is an old movie theater so we can watch the
outdated movie every end of the month for free!!! So, Thursday night, I went and watched Atomic blonde
with international students, free movie, free drinks and free popcorn! Why not?!

日式咖喱
在LA尝了好友在自家煮的日式咖喱，看起来不难，就也有样学样地买了一些回来，想说自己也可以试着煮一煮。
眼看半个学期都快过了，盒子都没开过，只好邀朋友来聚餐，逼得自己一定要下厨了。
材料：
六人份的日式咖喱
胡萝卜 两个（其实可以多加两个，因为这胡萝卜很小）
马铃薯 三粒（由于锅子不大，所以真正只用了两粒半）
牛肉一包（想说不大，结果全都切好了，才发现太多，只用了三分之二）
洋葱 两颗（最后只用了一颗半）
其他：
水 2 1/2 cups
油/牛油
步骤：
1. 先把材料都洗净，切好待放。（马铃薯不能切得太小，因为熬煮的时候会散掉。）
2. 在锅子里加油，然后放入洋葱炒至金黄色。
3. 加入牛肉，胡萝卜和马铃薯小炒，无需熟透。（由于锅子不够大，所以基本上是分开炒）
4. 然后把全部炒好的材料都放入电饭煲（不好意思，我没有大锅）
5. 把2 1/2 杯的水加入电饭煲里，开始熬煮20分钟。
6. 水滚后，加入日式咖喱的汤块，搅拌均匀，然后继续熬煮20 分钟，可以煮久一些。
7. 将准备好的白饭/面条拿出来，与煮好的日式咖喱一起吃，就可以咯！
Women's night
Yes, finally push me to really work on this,
cooked Japanese curry and mixed vegetables and invited my friends to come over and eat together.
Spent some times chat and laugh together, what an enjoyable night!!!
Can't believe I did this all by myself, cook for two and half hours, taste yummy and all finished! Successful!!!
PS: I used my rice cooker to cook Japanese curry!!! Isn't that crazy?!

My bestie is getting married!!!
Man man is so pretty in her Chinese Traditional wedding dress~
After I received her photos, I was so excited and shared them with most of my friends!!!hahahha
I can't believe my bestie is getting married!!!!!
So, "unxiongxinable" she is the first one who gets married among six of us, but that means we can reunion because of this reason!!
Hahahaha, after I moved from Tawau to KK, six of us separate to different countries,
such as Australia, UK, Tawau, and the US, its' so hard for us to have a reunion, not even get together.
Can't wait to see them and see her in a white beautiful wedding dress in Dec!!!

Meet Dinah's friend!
Met Shemiah, who is Dinah's friend, she is currently working in Greensboro.
She met Dinah when she was in Rwanda for YAGM program.
Found out that they live so close now, so she decided to come visit, and I had the opportunity to meet her!
She is a lovely lady, love talking to her. We brought her to Eric's office and visit our dorm!
What a short meet up but I'm pretty sure this is not the only meet up we have, definitely more to come!!

Visit HIckory Farmer's Market
So, I guess you may not know about this, I'm currently taking a class titled "Introduction to Entrepreneurship "
A lot of people questioned me, asked me why am I taking the class which is not related to my major,
well, I'm here not just study hard like a normal student, but also study as a leader/ future leader.
Always have a lot of ideas about launching creative ministry, some non-profit organization,
or some designer's web page that benefit the people from my country.
Ideas overflowing, I'm greedy and doesn't have much patience, this sounds crazy and messy as a leader;
however, I do need to learn to put all the thoughts down and start working on them and make them come through.
I was struggling on the first day of class, my mind was debating whether shall I take this class or drop it before it's too late.
After I shared my concern with the professor, Prof. Ralph, he encouraged me to take it and give it a try.
So, I survived and make it through the 6th week!
My group is currently working on a project named "Campus Farmer's Market",
the main idea is to bring the farmer's market to our campus, encourage, and provide access to healthier food for the students.
Our group decided to visit our downtown farmer's market, do some survey, talk to the vendors, and also collect some information and ideas.
It was fun experiences and definitely helps our project a lot in finetuning our thoughts.
Can't wait to share with you more when it became real!
