Jogging~~~~~~~




Started to keep my jogging routine in my schedule and lasts for a week! 
I'm pretty happy about it, because at least I exercise before I grow rounder......
Part of the reason is realizes I ate too much recently without being hungry. 
Secondly, this is part of my recent assignment that I have to track my run 
and nutrient for three days. Third, I don't want to be round.... That's all! 
hahahaha.....Keep it up!

最近将跑步纳入我的时间表中,而且维持了差不多一个星期哦!挺开心的,
因为我至少在脸和身形变圆之前开始运动.....其中一个原因是我发觉自己
最近吃太多,尤其是不饿也吃,饿也吃。第二,这是我最近的功课之一,
要记录三天跑步和吃的食物。第三,我纯粹不想变圆.....就这样!!
哈哈哈哈......加油吧!
