Ciao, Milano!

Yeap, we were having our debrief at Milan before returning to the US, can't get over with it~

Never would imagine I will randomly visit Italy out of nowhere, without planning for it. 

Well, we spent 3 full days there, but some of my teammates chosen to stay and rest in the hotel,  

some chosen to travel downtown, some chosen to walk around the hotel and tried to discover the town. 

On the first day, some of us went downtown together, but it is always hard to travel in a big group, while everyone doesn't know what they want to see or eat. 

So, it was a struggle, managed to visit the big famous church, had some Italian pasta and bread, 

had some coffee time in downtown, stopped by and watched the street performance.

Still, we had a good time! 

On the second day, Anna and I decided to have some time for ourselves, Anna is my teammate that we bond our friendship while we were on the mission trip, 

we found out we both love food, straight forward, like a simple and free schedule, love having quiet time, enjoy journaling together.

So, we decided to have a lil date for ourselves! 

I plan and she follows. 

Let me show you our FUN day!!!!

1st, enjoy the free breakfast in the hotel!!!

look at all the healthy food~~~ yum yum yum!!

 Then, we took the subway and travel to downtown, walk around and look for a place for lunch, yes, lunch~

Found this Italian restaurant, decided to give it a try, ordered a traditional pizza and the salmon avocado.

Sounds interesting, but never try never know!

And you can tell by just looking at our pictures~~~~

After lunch, we went to a coffee shop and have some quiet time and journaling time.

Chill time~~~~  

We also both wrote a postcard, and mail them out~ 

Then, continue to walk around the city and enjoy its beauty.

But actually, we are looking for this cute and famous pastry place, it is the most traditional pastry shop!!!

Definitely has to try the famous TIRAMISU!!!!

After dessert, we continue to walk around and get our last treat before saying goodbye to this beautiful town. 

Yeap, gelato!!!! Satisfied!!

Went back to the hotel after this whole FUN day with Anna, we both enjoyed and loved this day so much!!!

Best travel partner!!!

On the third day, we continue to have our debrief in the morning, and then pray for the world before we depart to the airport!
