Cooked pasta for these girls, quite a fancy meal and the guys came over, Victor decided to make a Spanish omelet
so we have more food!!!
Well, who would say no to great food?! Plus this is my first time to try Spanish omelet, I'm so excited!!!
The ingredients include a lot of eggs, a lot of potatoes, salt, pepper, onion(optional), ohya, and a lot of oil!
Cut them into fine pieces, then cooked the potatoes with a lot of oil, when they are softer, then pour the blended egg into the frying pan, wait until the shape is fixed, then flip it and wait.
I guess that's the process after the observation! XDXD
Now, go try it!!!
