Seafood toppoki


Made Korean toppokki today, it's a type of rice cake.
Cooked the rice cakes with water, use cold water rinse them after they boiled
while the rice cake is cooking, can get ready the soup paste. 
I use chicken broth as based, cook it with kimchi, Korean hot sauce, clams, with some salt and sugar(if it is spicy, use sugar) to flavor it.
once the soup paste is ready and well cooked, put the cooked rice cakes, some flammulina, and some more kimchi if you like kimchi like me.
Once they are cooked, wohooo!!! Your Korean Toppokki is ready to be served!!!
